Reply: Attracted to a dominant man

I am 29 now, female. I met this man when I was 22, he insisted on me going to grad school, when I told him I couldn't pay he said he would pay. But I had to let him support me.  He said take care of me. Two months later I married him.

He is very dominant. I gave up trying to pretend a long time ago. Male ego, or male hormones I don't know.  But he is very dominant with me. He whistles and my head snaps around to see him. He has trained me to be a dog on a whistle. In my life, I'm the cook and the cleaner.  He refuses to do housework of any kind. If I can't handle it, hire a maid. If the children overwhelm me, hire a nanny. I hired a retired school teacher as a nanny and for light housework, and he told me to get rid of her, and hire a recent graduate. And make sure she was pretty and compliant. 

He keeps me in a high living standard. Money is never an issue. He doesn't want me kowtowing to any other man, he wants me to have a backbone.  But with him, crawl around at his feet, get in his arms and whisper that I love him, put a hot meal in front of him and he is happy. My nanny just roles her eyes. But she is compliant to his requests. Never argues with him, and unlike me she hangs from his neck when she talks to him.
